I did flip it from level 0 debug to info and yet still nothing on PS2 play. It does not save upon crashing but this is what my current log shows. I wish I could also screenshot some of the info within Lakka OS but screenshots are not allowing me to do so. Those bios files are spelled exactly as the ones in the folder in case Lakka OS is case-sensitive So far I have dumped these ps2 bios files. I don't see documentation for PS2 Play! either for it's bios if those are required at all. When attempting to launch the rom with the PS2 Core Play! it still crashed and failed to log anything. I also tried to enable logging for it to troubleshoot it, it ended up crashing so when I re-enabled it I saved the configuration this time so I can have logs for it. Any configuration I had made prior to had been reseted. It would fail to boot and not even the bios would show up. The Rom I tested is good since it was working when I had PCSX2 installed. I've noticed that this has not worked for me for quite a while and with several nightlies as well.

I know what I saw and experienced, and frankly, it's cringeworthy that you're trying to sell me something that doesn't even have the basics down at the moment.I am currently using nightly build 2019 9/11 for Generic PC x86_64ĬPU: Intel Haswell Intel© Core™ i5-4670 CPU 3.40GHz × 4

My point is, the closest you'll be getting to a "complete" emulation solution on the Switch atm is running L4T-Ubuntu, which is far more difficult for some as opposed to running Android and the like, and even that lacks sleep mode support!

Sure, I understand for the dev it's more important to get the technical problems resolved, but now that performance, according to you, DESTROYS HorizonArch, I should switch to something I can't even use on my TV where I do most of my gaming on these days? Not to mention, if I seriously wanted to use a non-gaming PC solution for playing DC/NAOMI/Atomiswave games, I'd still use my ODroid XU4 for couch multiplayer since that runs all of the DC games I'd want to play, if not at full speed, then closer to it and with less graphical glitches than what SC1 had last I remember trying it with HorizonArch, which runs a lot of games at full speed, but it still needs some more work before I'd say it replaces my XU4 outright! I know what I saw and experienced, and frankly, it's cringeworthy that you're trying to sell me something that doesn't even have the basics down at the moment. Hopefully others do as well and it leads to more support/development. I have to either download everything through the android os on my switch or I have to set up ftpd and the last time i messed with that it was very slow.Īll in all it sounds like the limitations are few and the positives are many so i'll at least give it a shot.

  • It looks as if i can't simply remove my SD card and drag and drop files onto it.
  • While that is certainly better than nothing it means I won't have access to the other 250is GB on my 400GB card. However, the largest one i see listed is 128GB.

Unless i'm reading install instructions wrong it looks like you have to pick a memory card file that is equal to or smaller than your SD card.I myself have already come across a few issues that i'll have to figure out. I assumed that the android port on switch was generally the same as other devices but wanted to check and make sure that others hadn't jumped in with both feet and ran into a game stopping issue.
